RECORDING RATES
Recording & Video (with audio)
$700 Full Day Rate (10 hour maximum)
$70 per hour (6 hour minimum)
Lockout Rates are discounted @ $50 per hour over the 10 hour maximum and up to a full 24 hour period.
If you plan to photograph or video while you record it is this same rate as long as any kind of audio is involved. SteelHeart will provide an audio engineer. Video tech can be provided by request. (Additional fee may be applicable)
Photography/Video Use (no audio)
$600 Full Day Rate (10 hour maximum)
$60 per hour (6 hour minimum)
DISCOUNTED RATES
Our discount rates are available only to non-commercial concerns i.e. unsigned bands, small record labels and bona fide charities. The Studio reserves the right to amend any invoices accordingly if a Client has failed to disclose that they are a business or commercial concern at the time of booking or has sought in any other way to obtain a discount rate by deception.

Includes full professional P.A., microphones & set up.
The clock starts ticking the minute you step foot on the premises therefore the staging/set up time is included in the overall time scheduled.
Deposit - 1/3 of the total estimate. Completed Booking form along with deposit will hold the reservation.
Cancellation policy:
Prior to 1 week in advance – full refund of deposit within 1 week – retention of ½ of Deposit
Within 3 days in advance – retention of full deposit
Within 24 hours prior – full deposit will be retained and you will be billed for an additional 1/3 of the total estimate agreed to on the booking form.
Balance for reservation due upon arrival and prior to recording. Session over-run charges will be billed upon completion of the project.
